Wappu

Never mind the topic, here’s a pic for ya.

Aproximately 500 km’s so far done and all’s well. Maybe the local speed limits are a bit low but hey, it’s Finland…

The clutch parts are still not mounted, I’ll get to it, when I have time. In the winter, at the latest.

Every time I start the bike where it stands in the picture, I wonder what the neighbours think? ;-) (well, the Guzzi isn’t the most quiet bike either, but this, this is loud even by my standards. Now, imagine that at 7:30 am on a weekday-morning + minimum of 90 sec fast idle to warm up and to get the oil circulation/pressure up.. :-o ) I am waiting for the ‘friendly’ and sarcastic comments as we speak. You know how it is, when you live in an apartment/housing complex with a lot of different kinds of people.. it can get quite interesting. (BUT, the Termi’s DO sound Great!!)

Enough with this, go and have yourself a great weekend!

ps. If you’re wondering about the red/white sticker in the plate holder; the licence is still temporary, until I have paid ‘car tax’, that’s when I’ll get the proper plate.

Riding

Yesterday I started the season, about 90km’s. Sorry, no pics. Maybe I’lle get some tonight. Everything seemed to work correctly, no odd sounds or anything. Weather was nice, temps were around +10 C. I think I need to tighten my chains, haven’t done that before!

Safe ridings to all!

Waiting

I managed to put the bike back together. No parts were left over and nothing (I think?) was missing. Good job, finally.
Soon I can start riding again, a few minor things yet to do.. ;-)

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again; Quality over quantity. When it’s still only about +6 Celsius outside, I can wait. Not to mention the condition of the roads and intersections..

Bike back together after a long winter.

Close up.

How would these look?

march

Damn, another nice set of something I *don’t* need!! and only US$1550!!

Luckily the snow is almost gone, which means riding season can start and i can stop thinking of parts and start riding. No time to add parts during the summer.

Weather…

I was going to write a rant about the bad weather but I’ll let this picture do the talking. From the local amusement park, supposed to open at the end of the month.. doesn’t look promising right now.
